The Digital SAT is now the only format College Board offers. It's shorter, adaptive and scored on the same 1600 scale โ€” but the strategy is different. 1. **Length** โ€” 2h 14m vs 3h โ€” the whole test is a third shorter. 2. **Adaptive modules** โ€” Module 1 sets the difficulty of Module 2. Nail Module 1 to unlock the harder (higher-scoring) Module 2. 3. **Reading** โ€” Passages are much shorter (25โ€“150 words) with one question each. Skimming skills matter less. 4. **Math** โ€” Every question allows the built-in Desmos graphing calculator โ€” leverage it aggressively. 5. **Scoring** โ€” Same 400โ€“1600 scale, but a raw miss in Module 1 hurts more than in the old paper test. 6. **Practice tools** โ€” Bluebook is the only official practice; Khan Academy has been fully rebuilt for Digital. Our SAT specialists run 12-week Digital SAT cohorts targeting 1500+ โ€” book a free diagnostic to start.
